Team Losi Racing 22X AC 1/10 2WD Electric Buggy Kit (Carpet & Astro)

$429.99

Next Level Competition Race Buggy - TLR 22X

Team Losi Racing takes its revolutionary 22 series and launches the next era of electric racing dominance with the 22X AC 2WD kit — an updated design with more adjustability for higher speed capabilities on today’s high-grip astro and carpet surfaces. The result is a buggy design that's easier to maintain and comes optimized for astro and carpet tracks, with a ton of adjustability that makes it easier to drive faster on today's high-grip surfaces.

About the 22X AC

Chassis

Lengthened for consistency with current track types, the 2mm machined 7075-T6 aluminum chassis is hard-anodized for excellent wear characteristics and precision milled to flex in the correct places for optimal grip. Continuing to make the 22 vehicles the best-driving 2WDs Team Losi Racing has ever created, the 22X AC race kit features refined steering geometry for a smooth, consistent feel going around the track.

Suspension

Larger 13mm big-bore shocks are included with the 22X for even better handling and cornering. They're paired with 13mm springs to provide the proper support. The updated shocks have updated G3 3mm internals while utilizing the current trusted seals. A wide variety of caster adjustment options — from -5° to 5°, in 2.5° increments — are available right out of the box. In combination with the adjustable kick-up, this lets you go from 15° to 30° of total caster.

Drivetrain

The updated laydown gearbox design allows easy access to the differential and idler gear. The idler gear and differential can be replaced and maintained quickly without disassembling the entire gearbox — a key convenience because the suspension uses the gearbox for all of its mounting points. Multiple differential heights are possible, starting higher than the previous 22 vehicles for the current style tracks.
